Keith Grayson, the Broker-Owner of Grayson Real Estate (GRE), has managed over $250 million in sales and successfully renovated more than 70 properties across Arizona. With a focus on multifamily construction and development, Keith leads the firm with expertise honed through years of managing REO properties for major banks and asset management firms. His leadership in establishing Silverton Capital and R5 Asset Management exemplifies his commitment to delivering superior results for investors.

August 2024: R5 Asset Management Completes Major Phoenix Project
R5 Asset Management, a key partner of K2 Financial Group, has successfully completed the turnaround of a distressed 30-unit property in Phoenix, AZ. The property, initially in severe disrepair, has been transformed into a high-demand residential complex, achieving 98% occupancy and generating a significant increase in net operating income (NOI).
